1 Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Hoppr. Hoppr Technologies Ltd. ("Hoppr," "we," "us," or "our") provides an integrated mobility and remittance platform accessible via our website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using our Platform, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hoppr regarding your use of the Platform and Services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2 Definitions
"Platform"
Refers to the Hoppr mobile application, website (www.hoppr.ng), and any related services provided by Hoppr Technologies Ltd.
"Services"
Means the mobility solutions (ride-hailing, logistics) and financial services (remittance, wallet management) offered through the Platform.
"User Account"
Means the registered account created by a User to access the Services, which may include a digital wallet.
"Partner"
Refers to third-party drivers, logistics providers, or financial institutions that facilitate Services on the Platform.
3 Eligibility
To use the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You are not barred from using our Services under applicable laws.
- You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Hoppr Platform.
5 Mobility Services
Hoppr acts as an intermediary connecting Users with independent third-party transportation providers ("Drivers"). Hoppr itself does not provide transportation services and is not a transportation carrier.
warning The User acknowledges that Hoppr does not guarantee the availability of rides or the performance of Drivers.
You are responsible for ensuring that your behavior during a ride is respectful and safe. Any damage to a Driver's vehicle caused by you may result in additional charges to your User Account.
6 Remittance Services
Hoppr facilitates remittance and payment services in partnership with licensed financial institutions. By using these services, you agree to comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any transaction that we suspect involves fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity. You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all transactions initiated through the Platform.

BY USING THE SERVICE OR ACCESSING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF USE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
